We are looking for experienced, professional and hardworking individuals for a variety of roles in our cocktail and restaurant service bars.

What we need:

  • Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Good Work Ethic and Time Keeping.
  • All roles will require experience of working as part of a team.
  • All roles of Bartender and above need money handling and customer service experience.
  • For Bartender roles 2 years bar experience and at least 1 year cocktail experience.
  • For Supervisor roles 1 or more years experience in a relevant role and at least 1 year cocktail experience.
  • For Bar Manager roles at least 2 years experience in a management role and at least 2 years cocktail experience.

Full Time Host / Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic individual to join our busy team at our Rawtenstall restaurant. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience in customer service, working in a high pace, busy environment. They will need to have exceptional personal skills & be comfortable using till operating systems, online reservation diary & have very good general office skills.

Duties include:

•Meeting & Greeting guests
•Managing reservations
•Communicating with customers via telephone, email & various forms of social media
•Ensuring table plan is well organised & ready for service
•Monitor cleanliness, health & safety within the restaurant
•Creating menu updates
•Keeping clear, accurate logs & checklists
•Monitor stock levels, communicate with various suppliers placing & receiving orders
•Working closely within a management team ensuring information is shared accurately & quickly.
